To ask your provider a question, send it through the chat in the SkinnyRx app. Your care team can review medical questions and help connect you with the right clinical support.
Send your question
- Open the SkinnyRx app and find the chat. If you need help locating it, see Where is the chat in my app?.
- Explain your question or request. Include details that may help the care team review it.
- Submit your message through the app.
For questions about your medication or treatment, you may want to include:
- Your current medication and dose
- When you last took your medication
- How long you have been taking it
- Any side effects you are having
- Any recent changes to your medical history
- Your current weight, if your question is about treatment progress
If you want to switch medications, explain why you are requesting the change. Your provider decides whether a medication or dose change is right for you. Do not change your treatment on your own.
