How do I schedule or change my video visit?

Some states require a video visit as part of your care. You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your visit from the Appointment widget in the SkinnyRx web app.

Schedule your visit

1. Open your order in the SkinnyRx web app.
2. Find the Appointment widget.
3. Choose your time zone.
4. Pick an available date and time. The earliest time you can book is 2 hours from now.
5. Add an optional note about your medical history, if needed.
6. Confirm your visit.

You will receive a confirmation by email and text message. Your visit will also include a calendar attachment.

Reschedule or cancel

1. Open your order in the SkinnyRx web app.
2. Go to the Appointment widget.
3. Select the option to reschedule or cancel.
4. If you are rescheduling, choose a new available date and time, then confirm.

You can reschedule or cancel until 15 minutes before the visit starts. At that point, those options will disappear and you will see the Join button instead. For help joining, see How do I join my video visit?.
