You can join your video visit from the reminder email or the Appointment section for your order. Your link becomes active 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Open your pre-visit reminder email and select Join meeting. The email includes your Google Meet link.
- You can also open the Appointment section for your order. The Join button appears 15 minutes before your visit.
- If the link or button is not active yet, check whether your visit starts within the next 15 minutes.
- Follow the link to Google Meet. You do not need a Google account. You can join as a guest.
Each video visit is scheduled for 15 minutes. Try to join when the link becomes active so you are ready at your scheduled start time.
Keep your meeting link private. Anyone with the link may be able to access the meeting, so only share it with your provider.
