Why check-ins matter
Your answers help your provider monitor your treatment and make safe decisions about your care. The check-in asks about:
- How you are feeling
- Any side effects
- Changes in your weight
- Your overall progress
Your provider may use this information to update your treatment plan. Your provider decides whether any medication or dose change is right for you.
What happens next
You will receive a notification in the SkinnyRx app when it is time for your monthly check-in. Complete it in the app or patient portal. For step-by-step help, see How do I complete my check-in?.
The clinical team usually reviews your answers within 1 to 2 business days. If more information is needed, your care team may contact you before approving the refill. You can check the app for updates.
