You can complete your monthly check-in from the Home screen or the My Plans tab in the SkinnyRx app. The check-in is for medical information only.
When a check-in is due, Action Required appears at the top of Home. You also get a notification before your monthly check-in is due.
- Start from either place:
- On Home, find the Monthly Check-In card and tap Update information.
- Tap My Plans, then tap View details on your plan. On the Treatment Details screen, find the Monthly Check-In card and tap Update information. A plan with a check-in due may show Monthly Check-In Incomplete.
- The first screen welcomes you to your monthly check-in. It says this is your medical check-in and should only be used to report how you feel and any side effects. For billing, shipping, or other questions, contact the support team. Tap Start Check-In.
- Answer the questions. They cover:
- Your current weight
- Whether you are taking your medication as prescribed
- Side effects
- How you would like to proceed with your dose
- Positive changes you have noticed
- Changes to your medical history, diagnosed conditions, or prescription medications
- Recent surgeries or hospital stays
- Tap Continue after each question. Some answers may open a field where you can add more information.
- The last screen confirms that your check-in is complete. Tap Go to dashboard to return to Home.
