GLP-1 weight-care options
Available compounded GLP-1 options may include:
- Compounded Injectable Semaglutide, taken once a week
- Compounded Injectable Tirzepatide, taken once a week
- Compounded Semaglutide Tablets, taken once a day
- Compounded Tirzepatide Tablets, taken once a day
Low-dose GLP-1 treatment, sometimes called microdosing, may also be available if prescribed. Learn more in What is microdosing?.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
SkinnyRx also supports access to branded GLP-1 tablets through a membership when they are available. The Wegovy Pill and Foundayo Pill are currently unavailable for initial purchase.

Other options
Other options may include:
- Injectable Sermorelin, a compounded nightly injection that supports your body’s natural growth hormone release
- Injectable NAD+, a compounded twice-weekly injection designed to support energy, focus, and recovery. It is not a weight-loss medication.
- What is Metabolic Health?, a program that uses a continuous glucose monitor and app tools to help you understand glucose, food, activity, sleep, and hydration patterns
