How it works
- Complete an online assessment. Tell us about your health history, goals, and treatment preferences.
- Get a provider review. A licensed provider reviews your information. They decide if you are eligible and which treatment, if any, is appropriate. Learn more in Am I eligible for treatment?.
- Receive your medication. If prescribed, SkinnyRx coordinates fulfillment. Your medication may be delivered directly or available for pickup, where offered.
- Follow your care plan. Use the SkinnyRx app to track your medication and weight progress, get meal ideas, and contact your care team.
Your provider guides medication decisions throughout treatment. You must complete a monthly check-in before each refill ships. See How do refills work? and What is a check-in and why do I need one?.
SkinnyRx offers compounded and FDA-approved medication options. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Your provider decides what is appropriate for you. Results vary.
