Your order ships after your prescription is approved or renewed. Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after approval and arrive 2 to 4 business days after that.
Before your order ships
For your first order, a provider must review your intake and decide if a prescription is appropriate.
For refills, you must complete a monthly check-in before each shipment. The clinical team reviews your check-in before your prescription can be reissued. Learn more in How do refills work? and How do I complete my check-in?.
These time frames are general estimates. A specific shipping or delivery date cannot be promised.
Tracking your order
For compounded medications, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Tracking may also appear in the SkinnyRx app under Orders or My Account.
For branded medications, you will receive next steps and shipping updates separately by text or email. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see an update.
