What comes in your shipment depends on your treatment. If you receive an injectable medication, your package includes your medication vial and supplies for your injections.
Injectable shipments
Your shipment includes:
- Your medication vial
- Syringes and needles
- Alcohol pads
- An ice pack to keep the medication cool during shipping
Your medication comes in a vial, not in prefilled syringes. Follow the directions and units printed on your prescription label. For help using the supplies, see How do I take my injection?.
It is normal for the ice pack to be melted when your package arrives. See My medication arrived warm. Is it safe? for more information.
Your first shipment may also include ondansetron, an anti-nausea medication. It may arrive separately from your main medication. If you receive it, use it only as directed on its label. Learn more in Ondansetron (anti-nausea).
If you receive tablets or another type of treatment, contact the support team to confirm what should be in your package.
If any items are missing or damaged, see My order arrived damaged or incomplete.
