Renewal and refills
Renewal charges and later shipments may be processed up to 5 days early. This may happen around holidays or for other operational reasons that help prevent treatment interruptions.
Your monthly check-in is still required before each refill can ship. Learn more in How do refills work? and What is a check-in and why do I need one?.
Your subscription continues to renew until you cancel it. To prevent another renewal, you must cancel at least 5 days before the applicable renewal processing date. A cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period. See How do I cancel my subscription? for help.
