You can find your plan, its status, and your past payments in the SkinnyRx app. Each plan shows a Next Refill Date, and the app does not list a separate billing date.
View your plan and refill date
- Open the SkinnyRx app.
- Tap My Plans in the bottom menu.
- Choose Active or Cancelled to find your plan.
- Tap View details on the plan card.
- On Treatment Details, you can see the plan name, status, and Next Refill Date. If you have more than one plan, each plan has its own details.
Treatment Details also shows your prescription and how to take your medication, once a provider has approved it.

View past payments
- From Treatment Details, tap Manage Subscription.
- Select Transactions.
- Review your past payments. Each transaction shows its status, date, and time. You can also open and share the invoice PDF.
The Manage Subscription screen also shows your Next Refill Date, Payment Method, and Shipping Information. Under Shipments, you can see tracking details once a shipment is created.
