You can delay your next refill date in the SkinnyRx app by up to two weeks. You can do this once per refill period.
Delay your next refill
- Tap My Plans.
- Tap View details for your plan.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- On the Next Refill Date row, tap the round arrows icon.
- Use the calendar under Select a new refill date to choose a date.
- Tap Confirm.
The panel also notes:
- You can delay your refill date for up to two weeks, once per refill period, if you are going out of town or need to adjust your treatment schedule.
- The shipment can only be delayed for a maximum of 14 days without requiring you to restart your treatment plan. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday for safe medication storage.
Request another change
For a different billing date or a longer pause, tap Chat in the app and ask the support team. Your request will be reviewed. See Where is the chat in my app? if you need help finding it.
