Set up your sensor
- Download the Stelo by Dexcom app.
- Create a Stelo account, or sign in to your existing account.
- Follow the Stelo app instructions to apply the sensor to the back of your upper arm.
- Apply the included overpatch to help keep the sensor secure.
- Pair the sensor in the Stelo app and complete the warmup.
- Keep Bluetooth turned on so the Stelo app can receive readings and notifications.
Connect to SkinnyRx on an Apple device
- Open the Stelo app.
- Go to Settings, then Connections.
- Turn on Apple Health sharing.
- Confirm that Stelo can write Blood Glucose data to Apple Health.
- Open the SkinnyRx app and complete the Metabolic Health setup.
- Allow the requested Apple Health permissions.
