Some common side effects are mild and may improve as your body adjusts. If your symptoms are not improving, are getting worse, or affect your daily life, contact your care team through the chat in the SkinnyRx app.
If your symptoms are mild
Mild nausea, constipation, gas, bloating, diarrhea, fatigue, or changes in appetite can happen.
You may feel better if you:
- Eat smaller meals.
- Avoid greasy, spicy, or high-fat foods.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Stay upright after eating.
Do not change your medication or dose on your own. If symptoms keep returning, get worse, or affect your daily life, message your provider. Include:
- Your symptoms and when they started.
- How severe they are (mild, moderate or severe) and whether they are improving, staying the same, or getting worse. See What side effects are common? for what each level looks like.
- What you have tried for relief.
- The medication you take and when you last took it.
See How do I message my provider? for help using the app.
