No. The SkinnyRx app does not use passwords, so there is nothing to create or reset. You log in with a 6-digit one-time code sent to your email, or you can continue with Apple or Google.
To log in with your email:
- On the Log in or sign up screen, enter the email address you signed up with.
- Tap Continue.
- Check your email for your one-time code. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the Enter OTP code panel. After you enter all 6 digits, the Home screen opens.
If the code does not arrive, use the Resend link under the code boxes. A countdown timer appears next to this link. A code that is more than 10 minutes old no longer works, so you will need a new one. Do not share your code with anyone.
You can also choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google instead of using an email code.
