You can ask to change your dose in the SkinnyRx app. A provider will review your request and decide whether to make the change.
Request from your plan
- Open the SkinnyRx app and tap My Plans.
- Find the correct plan and tap View details.
- Tap Adjust Dosage.
- The Dosage Adjustment form will ask, “What change are you requesting for your next refill?” Choose one option:
- Request a dosage increase
- Stay on my current dose
- Request a dosage decrease
- Tap Continue.
Request through chat
You can also use the Chat tab in the SkinnyRx app. You will be asked a few questions about your current treatment and the change you want. You will also need to send a photo of your prescription label.
There is no dose change link or request form outside the app. Do not change your dose on your own. Your provider decides every dose change based on your treatment information.
