You can update your card from the Manage Subscription screen of any of your plans. Your payment method is the same for your whole account, so one change applies to all your plans.
Update your card
- Open the SkinnyRx app and tap My Plans in the bottom menu.
- Tap View details on any plan.
- On the Treatment Details screen, tap Manage Subscription.
- Find the Payment Method row. It shows the last four digits of your current card.
- Tap the pencil icon next to Payment Method.
- In the Payment method panel, enter your new card information. The fields are:
- Cardholder's Name
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVC
- Tap Save changes.
