- Select Affirm at checkout.
- Complete Affirm’s application.
- Review the payment options and terms offered to you.
- Choose an option and complete your purchase.
Affirm provides an immediate decision. A down payment may be required. Your payment terms and interest rate are shown before you agree.
You can view your purchases, balances and payments in the Affirm app or your Affirm account. Contact Affirm if you need help with your application, loan or payments.
Renewing your treatment
Orders paid through Affirm do not renew automatically. To continue treatment, you must manually renew near the end of the period you purchased.
