Submit a request
- Open the chat in the SkinnyRx app. See Where is the chat in my app? if you need help finding it.
- Tell the support team whether you want to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Follow any identity verification steps provided. SkinnyRx must confirm your identity before completing certain requests. If someone is making the request for you, SkinnyRx may ask for proof that they have your permission.
You do not need to create an account to make a privacy request. If you do not have an account or cannot use the app, contact the support team for help.
Some information may need to be kept for legal, safety, security, or business record purposes. SkinnyRx will not discriminate against you for using your privacy rights.
